Darren Miller, the owner, has been providing home inspections for 8 years, is an ASHI member and licensed a home inspector in the State of New Jersey. He understands who the client is; the homebuyer who is making the largest purchase of their life. 

Darren works for you, providing you with useful information that can be used today and next year. He provides his clients a comprehensive, clear cut, unbiased view of the home. Our reports are in-depth (a single family house report is about 24 pages) and extremely easy to read. We highlight areas that are defects and Fire/Health/Safety issues, and provide a summary of these potential problem areas. 

Darren has been in construction since a small child. His father was a general contractor, doing home improvements in Bergen County. He worked as a construction superintendent with Bellemead Development Corp (New Jerseys premier developer) for 17 years. Some of his projects included a 200 unit townhouse development in Newark; a medical office condo for Saint Clare's (Pocono Park in Denville); Pathmark Rt. 1& 9 North Bergen, and West Gate, a 400,000 Sq ft office building in Basking Ridge.
