 General Home Inspection:
Our home inspection helps provide you with peace of mind by giving invaluable information on the investment you are about to make. The inspection provides a visual examination of all the components in your home from the foundation to the roof. We are trained to perform a professional inspection that meets the highest standards in the industry-the Standards of Practice established State of New Jersey and by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Our inspection report is computer generated and available ON LINE within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection. We are ASHI members and licensed by the State of New Jersey.
Radon: This test includes the placement of testing devices to measure the ongoing level of radon in the habitable areas of the home.
About The House uses the continuous monitoring device (although charcoal canisters are required wherever electric is not supplied). These measurements evaluate the level of radon to determine if any form of improvement is required. The EPA document

Termite (WDI): About the House conducts a visual inspection of all wood destroying insects (including termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, powder post beetles, old house borers). The report is prepared on the official
NPMA-33 form, accepted by most (if not all) lending institutions.
